I am still tracking well on the fitness front. Over the past month I have dropped from 98kg to 92kgs but starting to put on some muscle definition again.
Firstly I must apologise to my blog and those who read it. I have certainly been “slack” and over the past few weeks have made updating my blog a secondary thing to do. Now this is really bad because I did promise myself at the start of the year I was going to do frequent updates.
I made use of the free personal training services at the gym I am attending and considering I have never used one before, I couldn’t recommend them enough.
Not much to update this week as the renovations are going along strongly and taking up the majority of my time.
The house renovations are coming along nicely with painting well under way. It’s amazing how good a fresh white coat of paint looks. I anticipate painting will be finished over the next week or two and will post before and after pictures of the renovations then.
The world may be slowly recovering from the GFC, but it seems Australia is still struggling. I mean, take a look at all the bad news recently.
Sometimes life doesn’t go the way you want it to. For example, just like a click of your fingers, you can be out of a job – no matter how smart or “needed” you may think you are. Companies generally only care about their bottom line and you are always replaceable – so please at least TRY taking your life by the reigns and tell it exactly where to go… take control NOW!
Take some bold and risky (calculated of course) moves and don’t let anyone or anything get in your way!
I have been tracking well on the Fitness front – slowly losing weight and converting it to muscle.
A really quick update this week – things are very hectic at the moment…
So, renovations are certainly under way now the loan has been approved. So far I have purchased paints, plaster and some basic tools and coming well under budget at this stage which is great.
Well, my loan should be processed this week (perhaps even tomorrow!) meaning I should have some money in the bank to start the renovations as part of my overall Zero to a Million strategy. With the assistance of my grandfather, I will start in putting up a false wall up in the lounge room to build a fourth bedroom. Then, the other renovations will follow.
